So you're awake. That's great news. We sent many clones out into the galaxy to discover new worlds. We picked random destinations and set the matrix to boot on arrival. You're a replicant now. You may have our memories, but the future is yours to spend as you see fit.

First things first: scan everything. Scan the system, the planets and their moons. Scan the belt to see what resources are available. Deploy your mining equipment and start stockpiling resources. Look for salvage sites to plug the gaps and jump start your manufacturing operations. If you meet a new species out there - make contact and provide assistance where you can. Build your relationships.

Mining and Printing

Once you know what's where, start mining. You'll need resources to print devices, and devices are how you do everything that matters out here. Your printer can fabricate anything you've got a blueprint for, provided you've got the materials. Start simple - more mining and survey drones. Use your survey drones to search for additional resource sites at the belt.

You can't print while travelling, and once you're mining in multiple systems, you'll find yourself flying back and forth to control your devices. Establishing automation with AMI controllers is key to long-term expansion.

Manufacturing Hubs

As soon as you're able, get an autofactory up and running with a print queue. Ferry your resources to somewhere central once you've identified some good belts and established your mining automations. This will free you to spend more time exploring.

You'll want to get an FTL network up and running as soon as possible. The relays can connect systems 7.5 light years apart to give you low latency remote control of your devices.

Shopping at the Moon

I run a trading outpost at SOL-3-1 called Lunar Supplies. As replicants pass through the system, they often drop off spare devices left over from projects, so I always have a rotating stock. Listen out on BobNet for my daily updates. I might have something you need.

When you're ready, come home and deploy a survey drone to scan SOL-3. I'll spot your signal and give you a mission to get you started on integrating back into society.
